Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities:-

  • Respond to customer complaints
  • Evaluate and resolve problems of the customer
  • Assist in installing Cooling Tower
  • Offer customer training for the product; repairs, tests and maintains equipment
  • Monitor performance of the product
  • Develop and maintain relations with customers
  • Maintain product manuals
  • Provide customers with regular reports and feedback on their service requests
  • Report common complaints of customers to top management in order to address the situation for future reference
  • Offer feedback on product development, features and functions
  • Coordinate with administration, commercial and factory departments to ensure timely and smooth function of action in the system


  • Authorized to sell the spares considering customer’s requirement
