Position:Regional Manager (Sales)
Educational Qualification & Experience:Degree/Diploma Engineer (Mechanical) with 15 years of experience in similar industry
Any graduate with 20 years of experience in similar industry
Other specific requirement:NIL
Skill Required:Excellent Communication and Negotiation Skills
Analytical thinking
Business Development Skills
Man-management skills

Roles and Responsibilities:-

  • Responsible for revenue generation across products in his region and ensure yields across products
  • Ensure quality of activities of Sales Associates and Area Sales managers for his region
  • Implementation of Billing targets for his region
  • Strategize and plan the sales process management
  • Periodically review performance of Sales Associates and check on gaps in performance and seek reasons and actionable steps to close the gaps
  • Conduct customer or training seminars as per the requirement of the regions
  • Ensuring all approvals related to consultants and other Government authorized bodies are made in a proper and timely manner


  • Authorized to develop sales associates in his region
  • Authorized to develop installation teams in his region
  • Authorized to approve Sales Orders from the customers in his region
  • Authorized to negotiate on quotations and fix up the price up to prescribed limit
