Position:Head (Sales & Marketing)
Educational Qualification & Experience:Degree/Diploma Engineer (Mechanical) with 15 years of experience in similar industry
OR
Any graduate with 20 years of experience in similar industry
Other specific requirement:Readiness for extensive travelling and staying outstation
Skill Required:Communication and Negotiation Skills
Analytical thinking
Business Development Skills
Man-management skills

Roles and Responsibilities:-

  • Responsible for revenue generation across products and regions and ensure yields across products through Regional Managers and Marketing Managers
  • Implementation of Billing targets at all India level
  • Keep a tab on arithmetic calculations, pricing structures, gross margin and profitability
  • Responsible for top line market share and achieve revenue and brand objectives
  • Strategize and plan the sales process management, forecasting, pricing, key account management, expenses, profitability, new product development, market research and brand strategy
  • Responsible for training of sales team to close the gaps in the performance
  • Conduct effective and accurate market research and apply this information to increase market share
  • Conduct customer or training seminars as per the requirement of regions
  • Coordinate, prepare and launch new products for the assigned market(s) with operation of the respective sales department in the respective regions
  • Ensuring all approvals related to consultants and other Government authorized bodies are made in a proper and timely manner

Authorities:-

  • Authorized to develop sales associates across region
  • Authorized to develop installation teams across region
