Educational Qualification & Experience: | Degree/Diploma Engineer (Mechanical) with 15 years of experience in similar industry OR Any graduate with 20 years of experience in similar industry |
Other specific requirement: | Readiness for extensive travelling and staying outstation |
Skill Required: | Communication and Negotiation Skills Analytical thinking Business Development Skills Man-management skills |
Roles and Responsibilities:-
- Responsible for revenue generation across products and regions and ensure yields across products through Regional Managers and Marketing Managers
- Implementation of Billing targets at all India level
- Keep a tab on arithmetic calculations, pricing structures, gross margin and profitability
- Responsible for top line market share and achieve revenue and brand objectives
- Strategize and plan the sales process management, forecasting, pricing, key account management, expenses, profitability, new product development, market research and brand strategy
- Responsible for training of sales team to close the gaps in the performance
- Conduct effective and accurate market research and apply this information to increase market share
- Conduct customer or training seminars as per the requirement of regions
- Coordinate, prepare and launch new products for the assigned market(s) with operation of the respective sales department in the respective regions
- Ensuring all approvals related to consultants and other Government authorized bodies are made in a proper and timely manner

- Authorized to develop sales associates across region
- Authorized to develop installation teams across region
